鲜淮山红萝卜猪骨汤 Carrot & Chinese Yam Soup
材料: (3-4人份)
猪尾骨 5-6大块 (大概1.5kg)
鲜淮山/山药 1支 (大概1尺长)
红萝卜 1条
红枣 5-6 颗
做法:
1) 猪尾骨分水洗净,沥干水分。
2) 鲜淮山及红萝卜去皮切片,红枣剪开口。
3) 所有材料冷水下锅煮开,再转小火煮3-4小时即可。
